Montbretia, aka Crocosmia

They're invasive, but oh so pretty when those orange flowers burst open. I can't tell you how many times we've dug out a three foot root ball and thought we got rid of this thing. Next season it's up again and filling the space. I can't imagine how it survives, but it's making a pretty clear statement.
