Aftertaste
Lunch with Charlotte at Cipriani, pre-fixe with lovely berry fruit tart and chickpea soup
Evening with JC starting at the Parson's School of Design for some Aftertaste Symposium, listening to objects and their sustainability, e.g. Ikea furniture
Then stumbling upon the new Jade Hotel, who was currently under its "soft opening" and awaiting the completion of their kitchen/lounge area in 8 days..
Followed by some French Roast hot cocoa, and hearts of palm and artichoke salad~
