York
This is the magical replacement for the statue of Harvey Scott, owner and editor of the Oregonian newspaper and so called important personage around the town of Portland about 150 years ago. Protests toppled the Scott statue in October and last month someone erected this bust of York, the the enslaved Black person who was part of the Lewis and Clark Expedition.
