Bathroom buddies

"No, seriously, I don't remember you saying anything about leaving the toilet paper on the roll. Ever!"

The Foofies continue to heal after their little surgery Monday. For the most part, they're laying low in the bathroom that was properly sanitized before they moved in. They have done what kittens do...strewn kitty litter about, unrolled the toilet paper roll (yes, it did occur to me to remove it before that happened...no I didn't follow through)...all of it...and distributed as much kitty fur as they could spare.

We laid a few large towels behind the toilet as suggested by the clinic, so they could sort of hide away. I think the toilet paper was intended to add even more soft cushy comfort to the toidy.

Notice the ear notches on their left ears. Those are done to allow people to tell, from a distance, that they were wild or strays and that they've been fixed. This reduces the chances that someone will capture them and take them to a clinic to be spayed all over again. Hopefully, they'll be so fond of the little world we'll create for them in the Redneck Kitty Playground, that they won't stray too far from their home.
