Day 5

There’s a bit of controversy in Auckland at the moment about the way trees underneath or alongside power lines are trimmed.  Apparently trees on a number of streets have been trimmed into a V shape, which has turned them into an eyesore.  They do look quite ridiculous.  This photo is a good example.  Lopping the tops off would seem to be a much more aesthetically pleasing solution.
