Last Light in the hills

I went to little 'h's 5th birthday party in Twizel this morning, and coming home I got stuck behind a couple of tandom trucks and a bus, so because I had my camera with me, I had a few photo stops to let the traffic get well ahead of me. I took this pic coming down the Cluden Hill near Tarras.

The party went well, with 6 happy children eating, laughing and screaming their way through the day!!! She starts school in a couple of weeks, how exciting is that.

I forgot to tell you about book number 1. I have now completed 45 pages, so am going great guns. I have had the day off today, will start back on it again tomorrow after I have been out with the Wanaka Walkers
