Breakfast
I tried a new breakfast today. It’s just a chopped apple and pear with small amounts of fat free yoghurt, honey and nuts. I do feel the picture doesn’t do it justice though. Usually I would have muesli, frozen fruit and more yoghurt but I fancied a change.
You may have guessed I haven’t been out for a run or even much of a walk, hence the unusual picture. Just trying to keep the blips going even on quiet days.
