Abstract Thursday

Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting this fun challenge every week. 
And thank you all for your kind concern for Tom in your comments yesterday. The news wasn't the best, & as I suspected, the treatment he has been on is no longer working. There are a couple options they can try with him, so Tom will think it over this week, & will talk with the doctor next Tuesday to see what each involves & to decide how best to proceed. Tom's attitude is amazing and he has been a rock for us. :)
