Goan curry

Another day at the cabin which was thankfully a bit warmer. The cabin definitely looks like a shop now and fingers crossed I will re-open on the 12th April.
Tonight we did the second of the curries from our monthly subscription. We had Goan pork curry, pakoras, tomato rice, coconut chutney & spring greens in spices. All cooked from scratch and absolutely delicious. I enjoy cooking with the hubby and it’s nice to have the time to cook something different.
