Not dinner again?

Back blipped on 5th March

Boring emergency blip.

I had quite a busy day - we stacked a delivery of wood first thing, then I spent some time cycling in Tahiti - wish it was as warm here!  And then I spent the afternoon sewing together the lid of the etui.  But I didn't take any photos until dinner time.

This is one of our favourite, simple meals, but since we are attempting to be aware of, and cut down where possible, our food miles, we don't have it very often except during the asparagus season.  This asparagus came all the way from Chile, and I don't actually think it is as tasty as the local asparagus.
