Tannery
A few day's ago they discovered ,here nearby at the "St.Annarei" " (a town canal with that name) at the house no: 41-42 by excavations the remains from a 14th century old wooden tannery They are still working on it to discover more items . It will be interesting to see the further evolution of it !
About two weeks ago by a street excavation they discovered the remains of the Saint Amand chapel. (St. Amand square ) And by further research the discovered also a stone grave ( +/-12th century ) that had inside fresco painted walls..It was nice to see it ,but I couldn't make a photo from it . Because it was half and half covered by earth and to deep in the ground ...
