Chaffinch

A much better day than yesterday and thank you'll so much for your kind comments. They did help.
I got good sleep and I had a good chat with a colleague in exactly the same position I am in. I think that helped both of us. We've scheduled a daily meeting whenever we are both on shift so we have the support of each other if no one else.
I heard a strange (to me) bird call and when I tracked it down it was this rather rotund chaffinch in a tree. I don't see them often. 

I treated myself to beer and pizza in the evening just because I could.
