This Song Is For My Mother

Tomorrow morning is the time for my mum's funeral service. We arrived today to my old hometown where she continued to live. Went for a long walk past her nursing home, our old home, my school walk route, and other familiar spots from my youth. I thought of her, and all the  things that I am grateful for to her. Mixed feelings of love, sorrow, longing, gratitude, and her wishes to get to eternity and together with her loved ones already passed away. This shot of the sun behind the cloud automatically making the blue sky look black in contrast somehow summed it all up.
