Interesting Dinner and Wine

Our Sunbasket meal plan came up with a recipe that took quite a bit of preparation. So here goes - Bed of salad greens with a dill vinaigrette topped with roasted sweet potatoes, green beans cooked and cooled down with cold water, soft boiled eggs, calamata olives and on top a wild caught tuna steak coated in crushed coriander and cumin seeds with ground pepper. And the wine was a Puglese Red with a beer cap top that had a funky smell described accurately by one reviewer as ‘barnyard’ aroma but tasted of red berries with a little earthjness. Very interesting mealtime was experienced on this Thursday evening.
