Ruins

This afternoon saw the return of blue skies and we decided to head over to Glen Brerachan and walk along the Brerachan Water until we reached the fall. 

We came across these old ruins - I thought they might be old shielings but the OS map has a reference to sheep pens so further research is needed. 

I have ham cooking in the slow cooker and off to prepare some veg to go with it and open a bottle of wine. 

A friend of ours is doing a Facebook Busk (whatever that is) to mark the launch of a new album so we will watch that and then the final two episodes of Call My Agent.
