I have to go into the office once a week to make sure it is still there ( it’s an insurance thing ).

As I’ve neglected my bike this week I planned a slightly longer, much hillier, annoyingly more headwindy but still lovely route and popped by Ted and Jo’s. It’s been an age so was lovely to see them and the boys. Clearly all COVID protocols were followed.

Hard work cycling today though, my legs just didn’t want to work.
