workshopped out

The MSc workshop drew to a close with lots of assessed presentations and discussions and I felt a weird sort of tired. It was as though the bits of my brain that have been out of action for the past 15 years had been slowly put back to work. It honestly felt like a huge piece of stone being shunted into motion. Thankful for Antony being patient with a partially functional co-parent, Zeke taking me for a walk and a trip round his new favourite haunt (Lidl) and light entertainment.
