I would walk, run and cycle....

I seem to have the Proclaimers as a constant ear worm in my head this week! Today’s mileage was a morning run at the beach, an evening walk in the glorious red and golds of the drawing of the day. Then a cycle before collapsing on the sofa for book club with a glass of wine. I’m certainly sleeping well at the moment
