West Brom vs Cheadle

With Laura at work this morning I made a last minute decision to go up to Cheadle Running Club to do their Spring 5 mile race. The word 'undulating' was used a little too much for my liking by the people that had done it before but it was much better than their 4 mile race...that would be best described as hilly mountainous.
When I got there it was very nearly freezing -1 degree on the car- but the sun started to peek through as we started and it turned into a really nice morning for a race.

Unfortunately I was on my own today and the start was at a youth club so the blip is just me at the finish with my medal.
All in all I was made up to get a pb on that course.
