Day 348 It's Flower Friday!

Featured today are the rather splendid chrysanthemums that turned out not to be suitable for our science experiment but do look rather good in our living  room..  Many thanks to BikerBear for her continued hosting.

In other news:  Cyprus has announced that UK tourists will be welcome from the beginning of May provided that they are fully vaccinated, although the earliest that we in England could holiday  abroad is 17 May.  We do have a favourite hotel in Paphos so fingers crossed there.
The mystery 'Patient X', suffering from the Brazilian variant  has been found in South London.  Apparently this unfortunate soul has remained at home thus not spreading the virus but more testing will be put in place in that area.
Also very much in the news is That Oprah Winfrey Interview, due to be broadcast in The States on Sunday and in the UK on Monday.  Will we watch it?  We're hedging our bets by recording it and deciding later!
