Monaco Recreation

T had this salad at Blue Note in Monaco in 2019. Decided to recreate it, but couldn’t figure out how they toasted the goat cheese. We found sliced goat cheese and used the kitchen flame thrower (that you use to make creme brûlée). Heirloom tomatoes, sliced ham, greens, dressing, goat cheese and toasted pine nuts. It was delicious!  Extra of the final product  if I can figure out how to add it.
