Saturday's Swim

..... and it was back down to the Forth at the Hopetoun Estate.

Managed to catch up with one of the "crazies" from our wee wild swimming group and a fab time was had by both of us.

The water felt colder than Monday, but with some ice on the beach it was no surprise!

Once acclimatized it was a really nice swim but we were both very aware about the pull of the current so we swam against it to start with then once the tiredness began to kick in, it helped that the current pushed us back to where we left our kit at the shoreline.

Coffee, food and chat followed and as the sun was now "splitting the sky", it was a lovely start to the day.
