Spring Has Sprung!

On our stroll this afternoon, we noticed that the Blackthorn was well in bloom (One of the first to bloom, flowers always come before leaves, unlike Hawthorn).
Imagine my surprise to see this Bee busy on the flowers already, nothing like a good early start to the season!!
I feel like we are coming out of a very long, dark tunnel, and seeing this busy Bee cheered me up immensely.
