'Excuse me - is this the train for Canada?'

I almost called today's image 'promises, promises' after getting all excited once again because the weather people had promised sunshine. Only one or two reluctant rays pierced the grey, fortunately just as I was blipping these Canada Geese who seem to have had enough of the English climate and are thinking of heading back to their homeland. Unfortunately for them, this train runs between Birmingham and London.

"Sunny weather tomorrow" is very like "Free beer tomorrow". For, of course, tomorrow never comes. Even so, hoping for bright skies tomorrow as I'm meeting up with BlipBuddy Cathaber for a swift cuppa as she passes through Northampton.
