Today is the closest we’ve had to a day out this year. We drove to Elie for a walk along the beach and through the village. Lovely as always to see the sea and to look across to East Lothian. We finished off the day by treating ourselves to chips which we ate in the car, looking out to sea. Although it’s tough and there are lots of places I’m missing, there are definitely worse places than Fife to be restricted to.
