Lion Grove Garden
"As one of the four most famous Suzhou classical gardens, the Lion Grove Garden was bbuilt in the 2nd year of Zhizhen Reign of the Yuan Dynasty (1342 AD). An area of 14mu, currently open to the public, it is the only Zen Garden preserved in China... The garden features undulating ranges of peaks, grotesque rocks, and elegent Taihu rockery, known as 'a kingdom of rocks'."
The rocks were actually my favorite part of this garden. You can wander into the rock formation and random paths and tunnels have been carved. My friend and I wandered in one end and it took us about ten minutes to finally a path that would lead us out and not up and down and all around.
