Riverside View

I needed petrol and a few bits of shopping, so headed to the local supermarket. Petrol purchased with no problem, but the queue to enter the supermarket was stretching round the car park so I drove on to the next one - not my favourite brand, but at least there was no queue.

Afterwards I dropped down onto the River Thames riverside at Gravesend for a walk.  I was really taken by this view looking inland across the General Gordon Lake in the Riverside Leisure Area. I don't recall seeing the mosque buildings on the horizon before, but apparently it is the Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara, one of the biggest gurdwaras in Europe supporting the Sikh and wider community.
