Catkins

Lots of hazel catkins around the River Clyde on our walk to Strathclyde Park today.
Lots of birds on the loch - the usual swans, though lots of young ones, greylag geese, mallards, tufted ducks, pintails and various gulls.
Then gardening called and I extended one of the flower beds into the lawn that had been ‘excavated’ by our badger visitors and did some planting. No doubt I’ll find that Mr Badger may decide that he needs to help a little more.
