Iconic

The Alphabet Challenge this week was I is for Iconic.
This is rarely seen nowadays - and certainly not at all for a year now - it is the top of a flag pole carried in front of a Salvation Army band or parade.
This is the original one used by our local Corps since it's opening in 1888 until being replaced by a new one in, I think, the 1960s. The Corps is now closed so it will not be seen on the local streets again.
