Tiny steps to Spring...

We have a small patch of daffodils in the middle of the lawn. Some years they flower some years they don't. No idea why...

Today was a massive two hour meeting re team restructuring, worthwhile but my brain! Lovely to be growing the team/company but they're so many aspects to it to manage it can be all consuming.

Then it was Year 9 subject reviews in the afternoon, all done online where you have a four minute window to engage with each teacher before they were cut off (often when they were in mid sentence); quite something to get your head around!
