Something pressing

After banging on about mothers day on social media the past couple of weeks I thought I should probably do something for my own mum.

She gave me a microfleur flower press for my birthday last April (it goes in the microwave, hence the fabulous colours) so decided to make a card using the botanicals I pressed last Spring. I've discovered that fat clumsy fingers and delicate paper thin leaves and flowers are best kept separated! Oh well, it was something a bit different to do.

I also made mosturising bars and lip balms for some 'black market' orders I have from friends.
