This weekend I went home too see my family. Nathan was sleeping over to give his mum and dad a rest - Sarah is expecting twins this June so I think a quiet weekend was welcome!

This morning Mum, Nathan and I went exploring in the woods. We fed the ducks and I told Nathan all the stories my mamgu used to tell me when I walked with her in the forest - trolls living under the bridges, waiting to grab your ankles, fairies who build their houses high up in the trees, and buried treasure on the island in the middle of the murky lake.

Nathan decided he would like to go looking for the fairies next time he stays over.
