It is a rarity to get these two scallywags into the one frame so this was a lucky capture.

What a mix the stupendous one made in RPM today. I cannot remember having ridden such a hard one for a while. 'Laserlight' which is my favourite T3 (hills) ever was in the mix which put an enormous smile on my face. Words just cannot express how much I love this track. Everything from the choreography to the words to the beat make it a perfect track. I was wearing a heart rate monitor and I hit 172 BPM which is generally what I hit when doing sprints on the treadmill. Made me feel amazing

All in all a pretty good week for training although I am really looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.
