Fangs to the AA and Martin for rescuing me.

Today was supposed to be a pleasant little adventure just over the Sussex border with a dog walk and a legal picnic on the way to collect my sister’s camper from the garage.

One vehicle failure later thanks to a very nice AA man Martin’s van was left at the garage. Jane walked Merlin while we were waiting and had a spectacular fall in the mud. She continued on our journey in my car wrapped in a blanket to warm up and dry off.

Despite the disasters we made it a successful day. We still had our picnic sat in the sun. Merlin had two walks. The camper is back and the van should fixed tomorrow or the next day.

I’m not sure Martin will let me use his van again though!
