I’ll probably get into bother for posting this pic but what the heck.
Sal has given me a great insight into mental health and well-being over the years and also to the inner toughness needed to combat it. Occasionally she temporarily fails but she manages to come through the other side through sheer grit and determination which is something I’ve always admired her for.
As for the photo. We were chatting about knitting for some reason last night and I brought up the subject of this jumper her mum knit (it even dwarfs me!!). She obviously got her measurements dramatically wrong somewhere along the line. Personally I think that if she rolled the sleeves up a bit, she would look quite fetching. ;-)
