At the beach

It has been lovely to spend time in my Norfolk home, to walk on the beach and breathe in the clean restorative air.
I have spent the last 10 weeks cooped up in my London Flat with no view to the outside world apart from the adjacent flats. To view the wide open spaces, hear the wildlife and smell the sea has been uplifting and a reminder that life is worth living...
