A green woodpecker

I've never seen one before! I couldn't believe my eyes this morning when I saw two of them in the fields next to the dike I was walking on. I saw a green flash of a bird landing in the fields so I froze and got my camera out. They didn't notice me and kept on picking into the grass. Awesome!
