Stamp duty

I've been a bit distracted today as had to make a big decision. Finally it's made, offer accepted on the family house (after 26 years). It will pass to a new young family which is what the house deserves. 

I nipped out to post a birthday card and was quite taken with the lovely artwork on this tiny stamp.   

It has been an emotional day but I was immensely cheered by Evolybab's good news! Amazing that we've both reached this momentous point on the same day!
