Windy?

All the chairs were turned over at the dog park this afternoon and no one or dog was in sight. It was pretty windy today and threatening rain, but the chairs looked too orderly to be wind blown. I suspect someone turned them over so as to not collect rain. So, we ran the dogs around in the park and when we were done, we left the chairs as we had found them for the next person to ponder.
