Something different

The cleaners were here today and left the kitchen clear of clutter, so I was able to do a little cooking.  This is a vegetable and ground turkey stew with eggplant, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms and some canned tomatoes, cooked in my probably thirty year old crockpot.  Since I was improvising with this dish, I'm hoping the seasoning will be sufficient.

Still feeling buoyed by yesterday's Twinsday.  I hope you are all enjoying celebrating International Women's Day. It's a reminder of how far we've come and how very far we need to go for women to be safe and respected in this world.
