Sweet Chops

My lower back was playing up a bit today so trying to not do anything to aggrevate it. I have hypermobility which isn’t great to have when older and certain exercises aren’t good for this condition.

I got an e Mail today asking to go for an induction for a volunteering post at our mass vaccination centre in Perth, so booked in for an hour on Wednesday at 6. It’s a four hour shift but will find out more when I go.

watched the Oprah interview with Meghan and Harry. Interesting. British gutter press and their fanatics will be out in full hate mode on Tuesday. Be kind will be ‘oot the windae’!
