Birdlife!

Really struggled to choose a photo today, hence the collage. I went got a socially distanced walk today with a friend, visited Middleton Lakes, first time for me, countless for her! I took a very large number of photos, there was just so much to see. A rookery, heronry and so much more. We were followed by robins who were eager for my friends birdseed, so 4 out of 5 of my photos are of robins. The nuthatch was a lovely capture. We heard a lesser spotted woodpecker and caught a flash of it high up in an oak tree. Sadly, unable to snatch a photo. Lovely place, will definitely be returning!
