My good friend who had a nasty fall on Sunday returned to the clinic yesterday and confirmed a spiral fracture from the top of her shoulder to her elbow! No wonder it hurt. If two weeks of traction doesn't help she'll be getting a metal plate. Luckily she has very good friends and neighbours.
