Clearing a field

Our project for making firewoods  to mrs Akkuv's oldest brother continues.
Yesterday I dug half a meter snow around birches which will be cut to make firewood.
  Today a neighbour came with his huge tractor to clear a field  where the logs will be brought and cut and split to pieces.
Today it is too cold for cutting trees, in the morning -30 celsius and in the afternoon about  -15 C.
My battery saw can be used only when it is warmer than -10 Celsius.
