Clearance to land?

As is becoming the norm if I'm not going out walking and taking my camera with me I set it up on the tripod and spend some time trying to catch birds in the garden. House sparrows are the most numerous and always in and out of the bird feeders. Unfortunately they are also very fast so not easy to photograph on the wing. I still need to work on my technique but I didn't think this was too bad an effort.
