Two heads are better than one

Well, not in my case. After spending an hour in the queue for support, it took him another hour or more to get it sorted, except he didn't. And all I could do during that time was twiddle my thumbs. 
After all that practice, I'm now a very good thumb twiddler.

Ah well...
