A Handful of Gifts

Ellie picked tiny little daisies in the grass at the playgrounds yesterday. We floated them in a bowl, but I pulled them out to get a TT shot today. 

I had a Physical Therapy Zoom appointment today; I feel hopeful that my Therapist will be able to help me to become pain free. I know I have to do the exercises faithfully and it will take time, but hope is an amazing mood lifter.

Today was a peaceful, simple day at home......I enjoyed it. I hope you are enjoying your days, whether you are still inside or able to do more and more every day.
