Echoes of the Sea

This poster sits in my hall, high above the bathroom door. Now I have the sound effects to go with it.

Over the last couple of days I've developed what I now know is medically described as pulsatile tinnitus. I associate it with eating way too much dairy whilst revisiting infancy and pre-birth states. I find it comforting. Reassurance of my beating heart.

I'll drop the dairy, do a bit of a cleanse and go visit my gorgeous GP if it doesn't settle. Meanwhile I'm enjoying these self-generated sound-effects.
