Out of the fug.

Still having bad days and when it start badly I have to try and do something  different to get out of it. Today it was just my lovely  Ally asking how I was. Don't  be nice to me as I go down with niceness.

Anyhoo, instead  of cancelling  the meet and walk with Fi another mad Puppy walker, I went. She didn't  know this place existed, along with 99.9% of the population  in the area. It used to be an open cast coal mine, but a landscaping company  took it on to make a park with art installations  etc. Unfortunately  they went into liquidation  and it was never finished so was locked up.  Some people explored and eventually a walkers gate was put in so you didn't  need to squidge through the mud.  We saw 3 lots of other walkers all morning. 
Star and pup Solo had a whale of a time and loved their freedom  as did we, but I think they may be a tad tireder than us.
 Fabulous  walk in sun and wind with glorious views across Fife.

 For a small fee I might even let you know where it is... ;-)
