Chaffinch in the rain

Not a very nice day outside so staying in and looking out of the window for a blip. This male chaffinch looked as if he was patiently waiting for the rain to go off. According to the RSPB, the chaffinch is one of the most widespread and abundant birds in Britain and they do not normally feed from bird feeders, they certainly do in our garden!
